FishFeedHub provides a marketplace and communication platform. Agreements are entered into directly between the companies using the platform. FishFeedHub is not a party to any trade and gives no warranty regarding products, payment or delivery.
We process the personal data you provide when requesting access and using the platform: name, position, work email, phone number and company details. Data is used to verify companies, operate the platform and keep a record of trading activity. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time.
Listings must describe real, available goods. Documentation must belong to the batch offered. Do not publish other companies' certificates, do not misstate origin or specification, and do not use the platform to contact users for unrelated purposes.
Any user can report a listing, message or company from within the platform. Reports go to a platform administrator, who may request more information, suspend a listing or block an account. All administrative actions are logged.
Company and trading data is stored on secured infrastructure with access controls and audit logging. Private offers, messages and documents are only readable by the participants of that trade and by platform administrators when investigating a report.
Product information, specifications and documents are provided by sellers. FishFeedHub does not test products and does not guarantee that information is complete or accurate. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence and analysis.
